S.J. Wright gives an intriguing take on vampires in her novel, The Vampire's Warden. My only complaint is Wright did not complete her thought, and left the book with a giant cliff-hanger. But it was a well written book that leaves your head spinning! Might I add, there are two hunky male characters that will surely grab your attention.
"Death was walking in my direction in slow motion and my limbs refused to obey any commands to move, to help me get away from the monster stalking me."
